Project Sheba will start its first program of "education for now."  Through its program entitled The Institute of Cultural and Spiritual Studies, Project Sheba has developed and implemented a 6 month training program that incorporates skills for the the 21sy Century.  Courses include, embodied spirituality, archaeomythology, multiculturalism in a global/local world  For schedule and more class information click here.

Project Sheba believes that the Arts are spiritual doorways through which our consciousness is expanded.  Throughout the course of the year Project Sheba will be offering classes in theatre (specifically one person plays based on the spiritual and Psychological development of the individual) as well as framedrum workshops and performance evening. 

Kundalini Rising:  Study and Meditation on the Life Force.”
This meditation class meets one night a week for a month.  It is held in the Los Angeles Area. Through this meditation we focus on connecting ourselves to the earth and the cosmos by opening our hearts.
